Prototype for Customer Development

Rapid prototyping for a freelance client, including the following functionality to test with pilot customers: Real-time and Historical Carbon Tracking, Scenario-Planning, Goal-setting, and Recommendations of Strategies to Reduce Footprint

Increasing Stickiness

Working with the founder of this relationship app to design experiments to increase desired user behaviors, increasing app stickiness. After iterations on onboarding, the addition of new features, and usability improvements, engagement grew from 2-3 to 4 sessions per month on average - meeting the fundraising goal of weekly engagement
